ARCHIVAL TIGER FOOTAGE

This film project was commenced in 1998 and continued for some 10 years. Its purpose was to draw attention to the dire situation face by tigers and many other species ... the prospect of extinction in the wild.  The material is as relevant today as it was then.  The first progam, Awesome Pawsome, was completed and shown on Animal Planet for a number of years. It was followed by two related films based on Tiger Island, and by similar films produced elsewhere.

 

Double Trouble  is the latest of the programs that I shot on Tiger Island. It is presented here in its original form, and will be followed by additional footage realted to the Sumatran Tiger project.
